Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect:

  • Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

If you require a different size or wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Akkedis Africa cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Store Credits

In certain circumstances, Akkedis Africa may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credits may be used toward future purchases on our website.
